• Cafeology Fairtrade Latin Blend Coffee

  This blend of 100% Arabica coffees from Central and Southern America gives a dark chocolate and subtle sweet aroma. Notes of toffee and butterscotch and subtle dark fruit acidity towards the end with a superb sweet syrupiness throughout. A smooth heavy body with a deep caramel crema.

• Cafeology Fairtrade Colombian Coffee

  A pleasant clean pure single origin Colombian filter coffee. Sweet acidity with a sweet flavour. Easy drinking with medium body.

  Our Triple Certified Coffee is certified as Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance an exclusive blend of Brazilian, Honduran and Sumatran Arabica coffees.

• Cafeology Fairtrade Mocha Java Coffee 

  Our Mocha Java coffee is rich, smooth and full bodied with smoky, spicey notes in the finish balanced out by caramel sweetness and roasted hazlenuts and almonds at the front of the cup. Well rounded and balanced with a lingering smoky after taste.

  Our Fairtrade decaffeinated coffee has a gentle acidity with a soft and mild flavour common with Brazilian coffee. Our traditional bourbon decaffeinated coffee has a balanced flavour with hints of juniper at the finish.
