Cafeology Job Vacancy – Customer Services Manager
Cafeology are continuing to expand due to the success of our new roastery and warehouse facility launched in 2018 close to Meadowhall.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Woodseats, Sheffield working alongside an established team who have been chosen for their personal qualities and alignment to our company values.
Our company processes across both the office and warehouse use cloud based platforms and operating systems to ensure that we work effectively and efficiently. Computer literacy is a requirement however your personal skills are of paramount importance. Daily interaction with customers will be the key part to the role, ensuring that we exceed our customer expectations consistently. Our strength is our relationships whether with be with customers, producers, suppliers or colleagues as this is the core of the company and by daily using your integrity, openness, and passion you will quickly be an integral part of the team.
Our Head Office and Roastery are both fully audited to several standards therefore your attention to detail and ability to follow processes is a requirement alongside a drive for continuous improvement. The role will involve data input and analysis from order processing through to key customer communication via predominately the telephone but customer interaction maybe be on site or customer visits. Other keys skills that are required are problem solving alongside and collaborative working and using initiative.
The position will see a dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic individual progress by embracing the company ethos and becoming part of a trained and supported team.

You will be:
Working alongside an established team to ensure that the daily office function is operating effectively and efficiently.
Working alongside the Finance Director to further develop and progress the office function.
Working with alongside a team of professionals spanning both the HQ and VP site.
